There set up is kind of inconvenient, because you have to walk a short distance to their lot. Also there aren't as many vehicles on display as Paragon Acura, per say. Dealer presented a good price for the 2014 MDX, upfront, in Aug. 2014, probably clearing space for 2015 models, but they had plenty of space in there nearby lot. The price was competitive with online offers from other places. The salesman,Winston, was very friendly and appears to be honest. No deceptions on the paperwork and no hard sell of accessories and/or an extended warranty. It was mentioned, and i inquired about pricing, but once I declined that was it. Came back with promotional 0.9% financing right away. The finance department guy, whose name I forget, was great as well. Although picked up my vehicle 3 days later (my choice), the entire process went as quickly and smoothly as seemingly possible. One thing, Acura of Valley Stream did not give me there best price online. Only when I went in cold. I have purchased 2 certified pre-owned vehicles from Paragon Acura. They have a fancier show room, but I find there entire process to be far inferior, due to their high pressure tactics. I understand some of there bad reviews. Also I made a visit to Valley Stream Acura after being ignored while browsing(but really there to make a purchase) at Paragon Acura and Rallye Acura(drove some distance based on positive reviews). Paragon never failed to harass me for a sale when I came in for service. I am not going to beg someone to sell me a car(Hello salespeople). In conclusion, I would definitely make Valley Stream Acura my first stop when it is time to upgrade in a few years. I only wrote this review due to the low number of reviews, for this dealer, on this site. More
