I didn't have the best experience at the first Acura dealership I dealt with and I really wasn't convinced to give Acura another try. I decided to stop by Acura of Valley Stream and I'm so glad I did! I was immediately greeted when I arrived even though it was already close to closing time. Sunny Pasha took the time to sit with me and thoroughly explain all of my options if I decided to stay with Acura. He was never pushy and was quite patient answering all of my questions. I decided to go back 3 days later and get the new 2016 ILX. The entire process was smooth and Sunny was so helpful. He literally did everything he could to get me into a car that I wanted and kept it within my budget. He was even willing to come in on his day off if necessary. He definitely restored my trust in Acura. I love my new car and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Acura. More

He answered all my questions and provided all the technical information I needed to make an informed desion. I never felt pressured and they didn't pull the old "lets bring out the manager" to entice me. I was able to go home and think about the RDX. I requested additional infomation, and Winslow provided the infomation in a timely manner. I leased the RDX and on pick-up, Winslow provided detailed informaton to make my experience complete. I would greatly recommend Acura of Valley Stream as the place to purchase or lease your next vehicle. More

Great Experience! My wife and I were between cars and we needed a new car as quickly as possible. We looked at a few dealerships but their leasing prices were too high for our budget. We saw Acura of Valley Stream and we decided to drop in to see how their prices were. Sunny Pasha pleasantly greeted us on the sales floor and was very helpful as he showed us around the cars. He never pressured us and gave us awesome prices for the TLX and the ILX. We left to look at other dealerships but with the prices Sunny gave us we had no choice but to return. Sunny went above and beyond to give us even better deals and even came on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. We had an amazing experience and we recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great value at awesome prices! More
Very Happy with this dealership! My husband and I had an Acura TL and decided we wanted to stick with Acura when our lease was over. We first went to another Acura dealership but the lease prices were incredibly high for what we wanted. We stopped by Acura of Valley Stream, not really thinking they could do anything better. Well, boy I was wrong. Sunny Patel was our sales agent, and not only was he able to get us an excellent deal but we were able to upgrade to an Acura RDX Tech AND stay within our price range. When we went to pick up the paperwork, everything was prepared. We were in and out within an hour. We are very happy with our new vehicle and the service we received!! More

Normally other dealers would make you call an insurance company, but for us he took care of everything. I am glad to say that i have found someone like Sunny. Car was ready to pick up when they said it would be. 3rd Acura from this dealer; service has always been very good. Issue that Acura must address is customer care. Car is complex (a computer with an engine and 4 wheels. Ideally Acura should run classes on using the phone, GPS, etc. This dealership does not. They should. Would be great for customer support/loyalty and good for them. More
