He informed me of the paperwork process in advance and when I finally decided he made it so easy. Sunny made it possible by sending everything through my phone via email. I also had a few days before signing the lease and had questions where he reassured me by phone with my concerns and answered all my questions immediately. The day I went to get my car, everything was ready including paperwork, my plates and my car! Sunny went over all the features of my car and showed me how to use everything! He was able to share all the information with me over the phone, I made my decision and went to the dealership to complete the paperwork, which Sunny did for us and we were out of there in less than 15 minutes. When I came in to pick up my car, the car was ready for pick up, paperwork completed, plates ready and I was able to drive off the lot again in approximately 15 minutes. In between visits, Sunny and I communicated via phone and text - and he completely understood my busy work schedule - making sure that everything was ready in time. This was so simple- I would recommend the dealership to everyone. More
