Great Experience. I was in the market to upgrade my sedan to an SUV or Crossover as my family of 2 has increased to 3. After speaking with my friend, he encouraged me to look into the Acura MDX. I saw a few options online with one of them being at Acura of a Valley Stream (moved to Lynbrook on Sunrise Hwy recently). From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. Initially I was greeted by their sales manger, Mike. He was cordial, professional and patient which are all characteristics I look for in a salesman. After discussing what I was looking to he recommended a certified (low mileage) 2015 MDX. After going on the test drive I knew i didn't need to look any more. Once you we got back to the dealership I was assigned to his sales rep, Frank. I worked worked with him on finalizing a price which was VERY fair. He did a great job of not being pushy or making me feel uncomfortable. After we finalized the price, I was passed along to their finance guru, Sunny. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He made me feel welcome and it seemed like I was talking to a long lost friend. He got me a great rate and explained everything in full detail. Even after the purchase was made, he followed up a few times to make sure the vehicle met my standards and asked if I had any questions. As long as these three men are still working at Acura I will be a lifelong client. I'd certainly recommend these folks to anyone I know. Thanks again for making my buying experience a pleasant one. We purchased the 2017 RDX with tech from Sunny. He is patient, honest, and informative. When we picked up the car- Sunny went over all the features and set up both of our phones as well.
