Over the phone t have 2019 Acura RDX. Acura sent an email about a recall for the fuel pump. To replace it I called Acura Troy and had my appointment. Over the phone they told me that I need to have half a tank or less gas in my car at the time of the servicing. So I went there on my scheduled appointment. Well I had more than half a tank of gas at the time. However I did not think that it would be a big deal to drain the gas to replace the fuel pump at the fully equipped service center. But they told me that they can't accept my car for servicing because of the fuel level. I was pissed and I left, and called another Acura service in Roseville. They told me that it doesn't matter how much gas I have in my tank, they can still change the fuel pump without problem. Then I got more mad at Acura of Troy for not accepting my car for servicing. Because I took a whole day off from my work to go to the service. I called back the Acura Service to ask how in the world it is possible for the service in Roseville be able to change my fuel pump no matter how much gas it has in it but it is not possible for these people in Acura of Troy to change my fuel pump. The person over the phone told me that it is a safety issue for the technician, he tried to give me an analogy by giving example of how some people wear mask and some people don't wear it. What does it have anything to do with wearing mask or not wearing it. Bottom line I felt like because this was a recall, as a customer I was not going to pay money therefore it is a non-profit job for them so they did not want to work on it. And give excuses of safety to justify how they can work less and make the customers mad. In my opinion they don't care about their customers. More

Wanting to test out cars and not ready to buy for a little while and was told why are you here and talked down to like we didn't know what we were talking about. If you want to be treated right and not talked down to take your business somewhere else. More
This dealership is horrible. They said I need a new auto tension after I spent $500 on it..come to find out it's not even the tensioner, it was the belt. So much for professional diagnose. No loaners available They have very few loaners, every time you have to bargain for a loaner. Doesn't feel like you own a luxury car. BAD service center Got our 2003 MDX fixed for a radiator- transmission problem. Was told by Shane that we’ll hear from him Wednesday, of which we did not. Comes following Monday and Greg, manager of service, called and asked when are you picking your car up? Without asking what took us so long to return the loaner and pick up our car or if we even got the message. As my wife turn the loaner in , a female service employee asks for the key saying, “ I’’m gonna check the mileage” They all are so demeaning and rude. Before I forget, my wife called twice that Monday morning before Greg’s call and left a message to Shane. Of course, she didn’t get a call back. HAVE a change of heart and will not push through with a 2019 RDX A-spec ordered through Hoover, who is another story. Hoover does not even remember us making a new car order. More

Not only that my MDX has been fixed, but I got the update calls throughout the difficult time period, when you rent a truck and are not certain what the future holds. dealer did not fix my water reservoir We were puzzled at our last service with G Platz as to why the washer solvent tank leaks low washer fluid telltale was illuminated when w We were puzzled at our last service with G Platz as to why the washer solvent tank leaks low washer fluid telltale was illuminated when we brought vehicle in apparently, no one looked at the telltale or added any fluid if you would have, it would have leaked out tipping you off that there was an issue bigger than just low fluid we would have thought that you would have called us to apologize and to bring vehicle back so you could rectify the situation instead, Greg complained that we rated our visit so low and, no one has ever contacted us about our washer fluid reservoir very bad customer service More
