Great experience in new Acura RDX purchase My wife and I worked with Acura of Seattle's Preston Clark in the purchase of our new 2015 Acura RDX last weekend. Preston worked very hard in meeting My wife and I worked with Acura of Seattle's Preston Clark in the purchase of our new 2015 Acura RDX last weekend. Preston worked very hard in meeting our needs and his knowledge on the vehicle impressed us. The pricing was exceptional and we felt we made a very fair deal at the dealership. There should be more sales people like Preston in other dealership. As a result, we actually made a decision to buy at that dealership instead on another one that we shopped at. Chris Park at financing was a joy to work with also. Jim Tsang More
Best Dealer I've experienced! I purchased an Acura TL 2010, during that time in which i bought it, Chris's service was great, and so was the dealership. Even after almost 4 years, I purchased an Acura TL 2010, during that time in which i bought it, Chris's service was great, and so was the dealership. Even after almost 4 years, when my battery died I called Chris and with great friendliness he assisted me with no problems. Even after all this time, he still cared about his old customer. It shows much how passion he has in his work, and how professional/likeable he is. If i ever buy an Acura again, I'm going straight to Chris Castro and I strongly recommend going there! More
I have bought 4 cars from this dealership, and thought would get awesome customer service . But nope! they are rude, don't do proper service. I wish i had the option to return the vehicles and buy them fr would get awesome customer service . But nope! they are rude, don't do proper service. I wish i had the option to return the vehicles and buy them from else where. Bought the car , next day had a problem didn't do anything to fix, they said they would call me back, i waited one week before i called and complained to corporate. That got the wheels turning, received a call back asap! Fixed the issue temporally now its the same problem over again. I took my car to acura of fife.. awesome service no complaints and they fixed it the first time without issues... will never buy from acura of seattle again.. Horrible dealership! More
The main thing I didnt like about this place is the financial person that my husband and I worked with who was not very honest about the fees that they charged us. If we have known about this site we w financial person that my husband and I worked with who was not very honest about the fees that they charged us. If we have known about this site we would've rate them then because I do not remember the name of the financial lady that we worked with. Overall it was an okay experience, but make sure to look at those hidden fees, esp etch fees which we forked out 400 dollars for absolutely nothing! More
I leased a 2009 TSX from them 2 and half years ago. I have 7 months left on the leaae. Out of the blue, I get a call from Tammy saying my lease is expiring soon and they have special deals going on for have 7 months left on the leaae. Out of the blue, I get a call from Tammy saying my lease is expiring soon and they have special deals going on for current lease customers. Her data shows my lease expires in November, when it expires in May, so I immediately question her. She had called me at 12:30 on a Saturday and wanted to set up an appointment with me the same day. I've already thought about what I will do at lease expiration, so I say I will come see her at 5 today on the grounds that (1) I can turn in my current car for the current 2011 TSX lease deal that is being publicly advertised, and (2) they will pull up my correct lease information. She says no problem. I get there at 5 and Tammy hands me off to a sales associate named Josh - a nice enough guy, looked about 20 years old. He knew nothing about my lease and spent 15 minutes looking up the information, since Tammy never did. Then we talk about the 2011 TSXs and available colors, and he disappears to talk to his boss. Repeatedly. I've spent more than an hour at the dealership (when they were the ones who called me to come in because they had a great deal for me), with absolutely no progress on communication. When one of the sales guys kicks me out of the chair in front of the TV because he needs it for a customer, I ask Josh whether they have a deal to discuss with me today. He is with the sales manager, and they both tell me No. But it is a qualified No - they have 1 2011 TSX with an extra $5,000 worth of rims on it. I said I did not want to spend an extra $5K. When Tammy called me, I said I would come in if they gave me the current lease deal. Who puts $5,000 wheels on a $30K 4-cylinder entry level sedan? So, having lost at leat 2 hours of my Saturday I'll never have back, I gave them my business card and said to email me if they had a car for me to lease (as Tammy had indicated on the phone when she called me and begged me to come in). They came across as completely unethical and incompetent. I came home at 7 in a bad mood. Who needs this nonsense from a car dealer? Any one with so little respect for my time has lost me as a customer. More
I called to inquire about Costco pricing on a ZDX and was told the Costco price was around $51,700 or about 7% over invoice(which is basically MSRP). This didn't seem right to me, so I called Costco and the told the Costco price was around $51,700 or about 7% over invoice(which is basically MSRP). This didn't seem right to me, so I called Costco and they informed me that Acura of Seattle isn't even part of the Costco program and that the Costco price is a set amount over invoice, not a percentage. Not only did they not have the car I was looking for, but they completely lied to get me to come in, which I didn't. I ended up buying from Acura of Lynnwood, which is a member of the Costco program. They were very fair (quoted me the actual Costco price was was about $4000 less than what Acura of Seattle quoted me), friendly, low pressure and they were able to get the exact car I wanted delivered from Portland the same day. Surprisingly great and mellow experience. I have been buying a new car every few years and had been thinking of the RDX. I set an appointment for a test drive (usually just show up) and when I pulled in buying a new car every few years and had been thinking of the RDX. I set an appointment for a test drive (usually just show up) and when I pulled in got that familiar knot in my gut, but it quickly went away. They accomodated my parameters, respected my time and after spending 30 minutes, left and came back that evening to pick up my car. Josh, new to the business was refreshing and Says very efficient. Honestly, I wasn't expecting it to be so easy. When you approach sales from a point of service and facilitation, you do much better than if you are just out to get the deal. These guys did just that.
