The service dept needs some help. I stopped in when my oil status was 20% and they turned me away saying it had to be 15% because too many people were trying to take advantage of Hond I stopped in when my oil status was 20% and they turned me away saying it had to be 15% because too many people were trying to take advantage of Honda's maintenance plan. I went in when it was convenient for me and on my previous oil change, the SA told me it would be okay to come in early to TRY to get another oil change in before I reached 24k mi. They need to get their story straight. Also, the online messaging system is worthless. I've tried reaching out that way several times and never got anywhere. More
