I know there is more demand than supply these days but that should not determine how you treat your customers. I would expect them to be more courteous and find ways to make buying and/or servicing experi that should not determine how you treat your customers. I would expect them to be more courteous and find ways to make buying and/or servicing experience great. With more than $300 of servicing, they don't have ways to get the car cleaned/washed. With COVID most companies (even the non luxury brands) offer wash coupons if they don't do it in house. Its simple things that make a big difference for the customer. The service team were able to take care of my oil change and inspection. In a professional manner and were able to do a minor repair that I sprung on them when I arrived there even though it was not schedul and inspection.
