I know there is more demand than supply these days but that should not determine how you treat your customers. I would expect them to be more courteous and find ways to make buying and/or servicing experi that should not determine how you treat your customers. With COVID most companies (even the non luxury brands) offer wash coupons if they don't do it in house. Its simple things that make a big difference for the customer.
