Me again! Old lady (59) been coming back to this very Acura dealership over the course of 30 years! Yes, no lie. My 2017 ILX was making "clicking noises" like Old lady (59) been coming back to this very Acura dealership over the course of 30 years! Yes, no lie. My 2017 ILX was making "clicking noises" like a ghost was living in it. The alarm would go on and off without prompting. After several consultations with Dary Chum, he figured it out, but LO' the part was not available immediately. It would have to be ordered. "No worries", says Dary, "We got you Jada!" "Step into this BRAND NEW 2022 ILX and we will keep you posted." I drove that new car, just like my own, and after 8 weeks, the part was delivered. My car was fixed and I didn't have to miss a beat! And hey! The car wash is working again, so my buggy was super clean when I jumped in! I TRUST these service advisors. There is really no reason for me not to. They know that I will keep coming back for my service needs whatever the issue. Thank you Dary Chum! 100 Stars Buddy! Jada More

Anthony and Brent your both the best! They both went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. I'm a loyal fan now and for the past seven years that I've had this 2015 Acura TLX there They both went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. I'm a loyal fan now and for the past seven years that I've had this 2015 Acura TLX there's no other place I will take to have maintenance done. I had a very welcome experience at Acura of Seattle while I was in the area from out of state. First Rai convinced me that I didn’t need an oil change yet. Second, the service department conducted a compli I was in the area from out of state. First Rai convinced me that I didn’t need an oil change yet. Second, the service department conducted a complimentary safety check in preparation for my long trip home. Third, they provided a temporary fix to a trim bezel that had broken loose in order to get me home where I could pursue a permanent fix. Thank you. More
