This location is generally up to par with customer service, but this time.. not so much. Purchased a car and in the same week had an airbag glitch. They replaced whatever was needed, I had asked about service, but this time.. not so much. Purchased a car and in the same week had an airbag glitch. They replaced whatever was needed, I had asked about tire pressure and battery level as well. Went to pick up the car and no one greeted me. Stood there for 15 seconds and walked over to the person that was helping me. She was on her phone (not on a call) so she couldn't acknowledge me. Told me the car was done but didn't check on the other 2 things I came in for. Handed me the key and said my car was outside, went outside and my car was still on the tech line or whatever it's called. The girl didn't even double check before she handed me the key. Nor did she double check on what I came in for except for the airbag. This is the second car I purchased within 2 years. Lack of customer service is only from this last service I received. More
