Much to my delight, they could do the service immediately and I was on my way, after an oil change, inspection and a wash, in about 30 minutes. Very friendly staff, comfortable waiting area with good coffee, too. More
I have lost complete trust in ACURA of Seattle due to their lack of integrity. From mentioning service that did not need to be performed to recently getting an oil change and either not getting the cont their lack of integrity. From mentioning service that did not need to be performed to recently getting an oil change and either not getting the control panel updated with that service or not even getting the oil change, no way of knowing with the oil showing at 20% by the time I got home to a few days later showing less than 15% oil…and when I called Acura and spoke to Jai, she had the audacity to tell me to go into the control panel to reset something in the control panel to reflect oil at 100% since their Maintenance Technician must have forgot to do it. This is unacceptable. How do I know the oil change service really even got done and why would Jai tell me to do that task when I paid for that service to be done by ACURA?? Help me understand. Honestly, never have I ever received such poor service & support from ACURA of Southcenter. Keep in mind, I spent $4900 the month before on car service. During that service they told me my rear main seal was a “7” yet Oct 2016 it was told to me that it (rear main seal) was on its last leg and really needed to be changed. Well, it had to have been at 8-9 back then. Thus, I’ve lost trust in ACURA of Southcenter due to their lack of honesty and integrity. - Dekra Mitchell More
