As a consumer, my main concern is, "Am I getting my money's worth or am I getting ripped off?" I have realized that Acura of Seattle has their customers' best interest in mind beyond what I would have money's worth or am I getting ripped off?" I have realized that Acura of Seattle has their customers' best interest in mind beyond what I would have expected. I recently requested a service that didn't need to be performed as I had already had it done on a previous visit and it wasn't anywhere near the time to do it again. It would have cost me a couple of thousand dollars and I was ignorantly willing to pay it. Your service rep, Anthony politely informed me of the situation, saving me a lot of money. That kind of honesty is a rare commodity in a world where taking advantage of people is so common. I am beyond appreciative. Scott Campbell More
