Had to have my car towed in due to issues when I was driving on the freeway and losing power. I called the dealership to say I’ll be bringing it in. J’ai took the info and performed a diagnostic test and determined it was a bad ignition coil needing replacing. They were able to exchange it out and I was able to drive my car within 4 hours. The staff there has always been professional and personable. I was kept apprised of status while there. Good customer service and work More
