My vehicle was serviced emergently by your Acura of Seattle team twice within a two week time frame for the same issue. My car would not start, had random alarming , and a break pedal lockup. I was initially told I needed a battery and a break pedal switch and that once replaced I’d be good. The same issue occurred a week after I picked my vehicle up and then I’m told all of a sudden my keyless remote access system is bad and my battery had complications, which I did not understand as I just paid for a new battery to be installed by your team. My first associate Mr. Darby was helpful, amazing, kind, and professional. However on my second visit a week later your team member Ilene Osorio was impolite, impatient, and appeared to lack knowledge of basic mechanics. She could not explain anything to me and gave short incomplete answers or just said “No” to several things without letting me speak to the service manager or another technician. I was able to get my questions answered by Darby at a later visit but her overall professionalism and conduct was not appropriate. I am in the Us Air Force and work many odd hours and I feel as if she made it her goal to contact me at times when I specifically told her I would not have access to my phone due to the sensitivity of the area I work in. I additionally explained to her that I just moved to this area 2 months prior and that this dealership is over 40 min away from my home and duty station on several occasions. I lastly was not happy that none of the associated seemed to fully notate what I told them was wrong with my vehicle upon intake either time my car was dropped off. This was problematic because Ilene tried to argue me that this is a totally “separate issue and has nothing to do with the battery or anything electrical” which was not true as she just told me that an electrical was the problem that was found. My family and I have been proud Acura customers for over 18 years but after this experience I am having second thoughts. More

I completed my online application after work around 3am just to see what the possibilities were. I was overcharged by about $13,000 and under water with my vehicle at the time. Not only did the GM reach out to me, shake my hand, and hand me off to a more than competent sales representative named Leslie…but it was a better outcome than I ever imagined. I was just looking for a better car but I walked away with a luxury car that was brand new. The sales representative was knowledgeable and so helpful in explaining the car, etc. I will be back when it’s time. More
