Ewwww! I stopped by Salem Acura this morning and asked Terry if he thought mice could get into my heating system. He smiled and said, "Absolutely! He immediately worked me in (something I really did not expect at all). He had Kodee (and I am sure others in the service department) work on my "situation" (Ewww! it was mice) and had me out of the service department in 45 min. reviving a dead car Terry and Katie were a light in the darkness after a week-end of car trouble and the inability to acquire a rental vehicle (thru no fault of theirs). Terry keeps me coming back to Acura of Salem! I have purchased three Acuras from Acura of Salem. The first was because of the car, a 1999 TL, which I drove for 280,000 miles. Terry ability to handle all of our service needs in a professional and knowledgeable manner is the main reason for our second and third Acuras. Best Acura Customer Service I have been having my Acura vehicles serviced at the Salem location for over 20 years and during that time Terry Mosgrove has been my go to guy. I hav I have been having my Acura vehicles serviced at the Salem location for over 20 years and during that time Terry Mosgrove has been my go to guy. I have always felt comfortable asking him questions and I trust his advice when it comes to keeping my Acura TL in great condition. I commute long distances for work and Terry always makes sure that my car has just what it needs to keep it running long term. Great customer service I came in today with an issue with my door locks on my Acura RDX. Terry, Todd and Doug went above and beyond to help figure out the issue.
