I called Anna an hour or two before arriving to ask if a 4:00 arrival would be acceptable for a walk-in oil change service. She told me it would be no problem and that she would have the paperwork ready. I arrived at 4:00 and Anna was ready for me with the paperwork. Anna said she would come to me after the multi-point inspection to let me know how it went. She did exactly that. She came to me in the waiting room and shared the results. My car needed a new air filter but everything else checked out okay. Anna told me how much it would cost to replace it and I approved the change. She kept me apprised of the service progress and estimated how much time was left. She was spot on! Anna’s customer service went above and beyond what I believe most service staff would do. The whole job, including a car wash, took less than one hour. Kudos to Anna for her excellent customer service! More

In one word -TRUST. All my maintenance is done at Salem Acura, battery replacement, tires and alinement.
