Service manager Mike Schmidt was extremely professional, caring, and thorough in helping me navigate a complicated mechanical issue with my Acura. I took the car out of town from Bend to Salem Acura where t caring, and thorough in helping me navigate a complicated mechanical issue with my Acura.
