I took my car in last month for an oil change. I booked my appointment online so I could use the coupon that was on there for the oil change. When I told Kevin about the coupon, he acted like he d I booked my appointment online so I could use the coupon that was on there for the oil change. When I told Kevin about the coupon, he acted like he didn’t know about the coupon and asked if I had brought the coupon with me. I explained to him that it was on your website and I had no way to print it out so he said he would check into it. He seemed reluctant but I did finally get to use the coupon. According to the numbers on the dash my car was almost due for a transmission and differential fluid change. Kevin brought that to my attention and I told him I would have to wait until next month to do that but in the conversation I thought he quoted me a price of $180 to have both those services done. Once again, I booked my appointment online so I could use the two coupons that were on there for the transmission and the differential. When I got to my appointment, I told Kevin I was going to use the coupons he once again asked me if I had brought them. I told him there’s no way I can do that so Kevin said he needed proof and suggested that I take a screenshot and send them to his email. When he showed me the paperwork for the transmission and differential the price was more than I had anticipated. $180 for the transmission fluid and I think almost $100 for the differential. When I questioned him about the price that he had quoted me the previous month (180.00 for both) he told me I was wrong. The way he handled this confusion over the price I thought was very unprofessional. I felt very intimidated by him, so we agreed on just the transmission change for this visit. I went to the customer lounge to wait and while I was waiting for my car to be done, I took a screenshot of three of the coupons on your website and emailed them to him while I was there. When it was time for me to pay, Kevin asked me if I was clear on the price and I said no I’m very confused. I don’t understand what happened. He said well you know The differential is in the back. I know where the differential is I couldn’t pay fast enough to get out of there. Now next month I need to get the differential fluid changed. I already sent the coupon by screenshot to Kevin for this service. However, I do not want to deal with Kevin again. How do I go about getting the other service writer to help me? Can you help me?
