I was in the market to purchase an Acura. It's exciting, but at the same token I dread going to car dealerships and playing games with salespeople. Acura of Salem was a breath of fresh air! When my fiance and I dropped by Acura of Salem, Cyndy Patterson greeted us in a friendly manner and showed me a couple of cars that were of interest. She allowed us to test drive the car and I fell in love with it! After a couple of weeks of thinking it over, I let Cyndy know that I was ready to move forward. We set an appointment and we were in and out within 2 hours! It was not an all-day affair like I've experienced at other dealerships. We were so impressed by how well Cyndy does business that my fiance bought an Acura a few days later from them as well! Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had!
