Excellent repair experience I had a great experience with Acura of Rochester. I was visiting family in the area and noticed that my car was leaking fluid from the rear axle. I ha I had a great experience with Acura of Rochester. I was visiting family in the area and noticed that my car was leaking fluid from the rear axle. I had a short window of time to address the issue before a six hour drive home. Al from the service department recognized the potential for this to turn into a very expensive problem and found time to service my car despite the department being booked out for two weeks. My problem ended up being the result of some faulty maintenance work done by another dealer back home, and I received a picture of the faulty work to take with me. The repair came in under the estimate, and communication with Al was professional and straight forward. An A+ experience, I highly recommend this dealer for service. More

During the year that my husband and I spent studying and test driving cars from a number of different dealerships, Rick patiently and expertly answered all our questions and gave us expert advice and information. Rick's knowledge of all things Acura is amazing! We visited the showroom many times and each time Rick took all the time we needed to compare and contrast each Acura we were considering. When we finally decided on our MDX, Rick very carefully and thoroughly explained all the functions and features of the car. He was, and is, a terrific asset for Acura. If you are looking for a new, or used, car, meet with Rick. I am confident that you will enjoy working with him, and will enjoy your Acura! Acura Rochester also has an excellent service department. They really thoroughly know their cars and will give your car thorough and expert service. Today I took my MDX in for my NYS inspection. Not only did they complete the inspection but they also washed my car and cleaned the floor mats! Not a trace of winter salt and dirt was left. My car looked brand new! I highly recommend Acura of Rochester. I am looking forward to many years of driving pleasure with my MDX, and to great automotive service from the sales and service teams at Acura of Rochester! More

Matt, the technician, was kind and honest with what was wrong with my vehicle which I appreciate. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Chuck was very friendly and offered me a drink and icecream! He even lifted something heavy that I had in the trunk of their vehicle and put it in my car for me. They washed my car and vaccuumed the floors. They have great customer service skills. My car runs great! More

The service bays are clean and well lighted, Similarly the technicians wear clean uniforms and are neat consistent with the Acura image. The service coordinators are very friendly. They remember my name, know me, even though service visits are infrequent. The service advice is solid, dependable, good in considering my vehicle and needs. The car is returned to me in spotless condition. I continue to be well satisfied with the service provided. I recommend Acura of Rochester service to other Acura owners. More
