The Acura of Peoria Service Department is exceptional and deserves a five-star rating. My last several cars were leased from Acura of Peoria, and I have always felt well-cared-for as an Acura Customer. Servi deserves a five-star rating. They place as much emphasis on servicing their cars as they do on selling them. Rest assured, when you buy or lease an Acura, you have the entire Acura organization, from the top down, on your side. They go out of their way to keep your vehicle in tiptop condition. And they are fair and reasonable in their repair charges. Chances are, if you maintain your Acura, you will never need repairs. I want to give a special shout out to the service department at Acura of Peoria. This service team is truly great! There is nothing they won’t do for their customers! I have always received excellent service from them, delivered in a timely manner. They are friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. They take pride in their work, and it shows! Excellent customer service is more than a pretty slogan to them — it is a daily mission and a way of life. I know their service department members work long hours. Many of them spend more time with other team members and customers than with their own families.
