Went in to get my first service and met Matthew. He is the bomb. Friendly and very concise at what he does. Also caught up with my sales person Aaron which was a complete pleasure. I would have to rate the dealership in two categories - sales and service. I tried to purchase a 2020 MDX Hybrid last August when they were just arriving from the factory. I had given the dealer a deposit sales and service. I tried to purchase a 2020 MDX Hybrid last August when they were just arriving from the factory. I had given the dealer a deposit for the car that arrived but the car was sold to someone else. I went to a dealership in Las Vegas and received great service and the car I wanted for less money. Bad experience with the Peoria sales department. As for the service department, I have had nothing but good service experiences. I had a 2009 MDX and they always made sure my car received the maintenance it needed. When my key fob needed a new battery, I stopped at the parts dept. and they replaced it for free!! Anytime there are available coupons, they give me the best deal. Vince was always my service contact but is now the service manager. He hates sitting in the office so he's out and about meeting customers and checking on the progress of your car's service. Today I met Brian Appleton and he was awesome! He was interested in my story with the sales department and thought I should receive the same benefits as a person who purchased their vehicle at Peoria Acura. How nice and great customer service. We all need kind and caring people in service professions and I had an exceptionally positive experience today. Thank you Brian and Vince!! More
