We own two Acuras and have been extremely pleased with Peoria Acura and specifically with Mike King in taking care of all of our service needs. We moved here two years ago and have many examples of superb Peoria Acura and specifically with Mike King in taking care of all of our service needs. It is most comforting to know that we can expect to be treated with respect and to know that our auto needs will be taken care of correctly and at a competitive price. Mike has been especially helpful in making tough decisions on service options. I give Mike King and Peoria Acura a 5 star rating across the board. More

As far as we are concerned, Mike King at Acura of Peoria is a five-star employee and person. I had the opportunity to speak with Vince in your service department and he was great. I am a Nissan Girl and decided to purchase 2008 Acura TSX. I had called around to couple different Acura dealers in the phoenix area for information on my car. The information included parts, service, and oil changes etc. Vince was the 1st person I talked out of all Acura dealers in the Phoenix Metro area that was able to explain everything to me that I asked about my car even more. Plus advised me about an extend warranty that Acura offers. Because of his Service over the phone I will be traveling to the Peoria Acura to have my car service rather then go the other Acura dealer that is 2mins away from me. My usual advisor was not working this day, and Ryan took my request in as soon as I arrived. I had some recall work done and some service performed, and thought I might need a loaner for the extended work. my request in as soon as I arrived. He worked this out for me, but as it turned out the service department was able to get my car finished sooner than I thought. I brought my 2013 ILX in to be looked at for a quick check. Ryan was very courteous and helpful and Caleb (sales person I bought the vehicle from) even checked with the service technicians to make sure check.
