Would avoid going here for service. I went for an oil change and was told my RDX with 16,000 miles was "asking for" $900 in service. I have never heard this before and the rep was no hel I went for an oil change and was told my RDX with 16,000 miles was "asking for" $900 in service. I have never heard this before and the rep was no help in telling me what I really needed. I just got an oil change and tires rotated and was under $100. I don't like being treated this way to be upsold so badly. More

Bad customer service Just had the worst experience ever with a service center and dealership. They let me walk out with a vehicle they know will break down again.Matthew was great in the service dept. but the service manager (so mad I can't or refuse to remember his name) was a complete jerk!! Do not recommend buying from this dealership!! More

Warranty Work I took my car in for warranty repairs and was taken care of completely by the Great Team at Acura of Peoria. I can say at first I was concerned by having to take my car back right away with repairs needed but with a used car I know this can happen.
