Horrible service experience! I had a appointment with service manager Vince to have a timing belt changed. I have purchased two rdx’s from this dealership which was plesent. I arrived, Vince left for the day was a no show for our appointment and I felt blown off. Seriously..what kind of luxury vehicle service department treats customers like this. Nobody in the service department seemed to know anything about my appointment nor want to assist. These guys are jerks and I’ve spent a lot of money has n the past with service. More

Caring even After the Sale It has been 3 weeks since we purchased our Acura TLZ at this Dealership with the help of "Superstar", Alex Gonzalez. Aside from the "outstanding know It has been 3 weeks since we purchased our Acura TLZ at this Dealership with the help of "Superstar", Alex Gonzalez. Aside from the "outstanding knowledge, patience, and no pressure personality" in shopping for a car, the care and concern doesn't end once you've driven off the lot. I decided to have an improvement done to the car and contacted Alex for a recommendation for the work. He told me they have a specialist come into the dealership one day a week, and arranged for an appointment. Aside from escorting my wife to the Service Department and explaining what needed to be done, he made sure it was done in a timely manner since she was waiting for the car. Lastly, once the work was completed, Alex mentioned to my wife that a service person noticed the "low battery" alert regarding her key fob transmitter, so Alex not only replaced the battery for her, but sent an extra battery home for myself since both are close to the same "battery age." This is one super service dealership with totally OUTSTANDING Customer Service...even After the Sale. More
