He listened to my concerns about that noise that no one could find the origin of. He test drove the car alone and with me so I could show him where the noise was coming from. He researched and thoroughly checked out the car from top to bottom , found the noise and promptly repaired it ! Three other mechanics at another dealership could not find the origin of this annoying noise ! More

Service department & General Manager Terrible/NO Service I had a problem unlocking my car. I was in a shopping center parking lot on 1/31. I called the dealership service department and no one was availabl I had a problem unlocking my car. I was in a shopping center parking lot on 1/31. I called the dealership service department and no one was available to help me but they WOULD call me back. An hour and 55 minutes later my son stopped by with the other set of keys and the door opened. I sent a letter on 2/3 to Mr. Brijen, Managing partner about the poor/lack of service I received. No response. i sent Mr.Brijen another letter on 3/3. Todate. 5/4 no response from The Managing Partner, Mr. Brijen. When the lease terminates...guess what? Get my net car elsewhere. More
