My first car back when I was 18 (only few years ago ha!) was an Acura white Integra LS Special edition (wow white rims :-) ) and I loved the car (car accident I was ok but the car was total) well to make the story long short, I went to the dealership in Peoria and the service was so great that I ended leasing the new TLX. From the salesperson to the finance lady to the service my experience has been outstanding. I work in McCormick Parkway (ways away from the dealership) but every time is time for an oil change they come and pick my car, allow me to use a loaner until my car is done. My is my service advisor is Brian he is excellent. I'm not considering going back to BMW, I only miss the head-up display for my BMW but other than that I love love love my car. More

I went online to book an appointment. Got the day and time I wanted. My service advisor was Cesar Castillo. He was polite, professional and straight forward. The 60k service was done in 3.5 hours!
