Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Salesman had every excuse for why the AC was not great on a 2-year-old car. When it came to price suddenly a used car went up over $3000 in extra " Salesman had every excuse for why the AC was not great on a 2-year-old car. When it came to price suddenly a used car went up over $3000 in extra "options" that could not be removed from a used car, and they refused to work on price at all. Bait and switch on the sticker price as they said the online price was just "not updated yet". I would never recommend this place to anyone with these shady practices. Should be illegal to post a price online and not disclose there are extra fees besides tax/title/paperwork. Days later and they still have not updated the price to the correct amount on their own site so it's clearly a tactic to get you in the door and rip you off. Stay away from this place. More

Dealership refused to cancel/refund an add-on warranty. I bought the car 10 days ago and the contract says the warranty is cancellable within 30 days of purchase. Watch out for these guys. Was in need of a car after an accident and didn't have a whole lot of time. Car was advertised on-line at reasonable price. Upon arriving, Acura jacked up the price with extras they refused to remove and insisted I Had to finance with them or pay even more even though I had other options. With costs of flying, hotel, etc. I made an economic decision to go ahead and buy. Car is fine. However, this felt like a bad bait and switch. If you are not going to actually sell the car at advertised price, give the buyer a heads up that could happen. I could afford to take the hit, others may not. Acura Peoria experience was not a good experience and left a very bad impression. More
