I live out of state and purchased a car from this dealership. I paid cash and my son picked up the car. I did not receive the title to the car and they have told me they do not have it and are trying dealership. I paid cash and my son picked up the car. I did not receive the title to the car and they have told me they do not have it and are trying to get it from another state. What respectable dealership sells a car they do not have the title for? I have no timeline of when or even if the title is clean. I would steer clear of this place, especially Victor! More

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Salesman had every excuse for why the AC was not great on a 2-year-old car. When it came to price suddenly a used car went up over $3000 in extra " Salesman had every excuse for why the AC was not great on a 2-year-old car. When it came to price suddenly a used car went up over $3000 in extra "options" that could not be removed from a used car, and they refused to work on price at all. Bait and switch on the sticker price as they said the online price was just "not updated yet". I would never recommend this place to anyone with these shady practices. Should be illegal to post a price online and not disclose there are extra fees besides tax/title/paperwork. Days later and they still have not updated the price to the correct amount on their own site so it's clearly a tactic to get you in the door and rip you off. Stay away from this place. More

Dealership refused to cancel/refund an add-on warranty. I bought the car 10 days ago and the contract says the warranty is cancellable within 30 days of purchase. I consider this to be unethical and illegal and am looking into legal options to reverse the transactions. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
