I was curious to see what mine was worth. Stanley Brown pleasantly greeted me as I walked up to the door and instantly was willing to start evaluating my car. He seemed very knowledgable and helpful. One thing led to another and with the help of Stan and Patrick Aritz I was able upgrade to a 2008 Type S. This was all accoomplished by showing me exactly the car I was looking for and working within the cost numbers I wanted. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and came through with everything they promised to do for me. It made the car buying process very enjoyable. I am very happy with my new purchase. More

My experience at Acura of Peoria was very good. I was warmly greeted by my client advisor, Steve Hamilton. He was very patient and helpful as I weighed the pros and cons of the vehicles under consideration. I was introduced to many members of the dealership team and they were all very nice and friendly. Steve even insisted on helping me drive the car I purchased off the lot that very day and had to go out of his way to help me swap cars around as I had driven one in to the dealership obviously, and I was alone during this purchase. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and gave me exceptional customer service. He was a pleasure to work with and I will most definitely recommend him to others in the market for a new vehicle. Then we went on an amazing test drive which he spent the time to explain all the features of this vehicle. I never felt pressured and although the process took us well past closing time, I never was rushed and truly enjoyed my shopping expereince. Joe Monaco was right there to greet me when I arrived. He inspected the issue, checked with a supplier and gave me a time frame when the work would be completed. We were at Acura of Peoria to pick up our '07 TL after being serviced. Stanley Brown approached us asking if there was anything he could do. As we got talking he inquired about our current vehicle and a being serviced. Stanley Brown approached us asking if there was anything he could do. As we got talking he inquired about our current vehicle and after inspecting it said he could make us a great deal on a new TL. Stanley is by far the best Sales person we've ever worked with. He was genuinely interested and really listened to what we said. This is the first time we felt a sales person was working to get the best possible deal for us. We received a great price for our trade and on a new TL. He was able to answer all our questions on both the technical and features of the new TL. He even set up the navigation system and preset some radio stations for us. His after purchase follow up has really demonstrated his honesty and integrity. We were so pleased with his sincerity we returned the next day and purchased a used vehicle from him also. More
I had the worst experience shopping for my car with this dealership. I have contacted the dealership to get new car. The price what the dealership quoted for Acura TL w/Tech package was not working for me. dealership. I have contacted the dealership to get new car. Since i was not available in town & will be out for the next 2 weeks, we have agreed upon an out of door price. I was asked for a $1000 deposit which i did. John Walden (salesman) sent me emails about the deal: Acura TL W/Technology Package and color of car, the Vin number & stock number & out of door cost. So i didnt go to any other dealer. When i came to do all the paperwork and pick the car, John & Ben told me that they had quoted the price wrong and cant offer me a deal on this car. I have asked what was the deal that was discussed earlier. They couldnt answer. When i was talking with the sales manager (Patrick), trust me, he dosent even know how to behave with the customer. I dont think he deserves to be a manager. He first said they coudnt make a deal as their salesman & his team had miscommunication. When i asked about the email, he just denied it. He said how do i know if that email was real or not. I wanted to talk to Rich (General Manager). But i was told that he doesnt come to this office and he is out of town for 2 months. I dont know how far was that true. Botton line, when the dealership made a deal and had it on paper, they were cheating me. There is no way i can trust these guys here. More
Went in for service of my Ridgeline and met Stanley while waiting and ended up purchasing the TL on the showroom floor. Stanley did a great job. All was very good - delivery was fair, clearing out the Navi, previous owner info from Chicago, they're peronsal info and their hands link was not cleared out - not good. TL is still showing in its diagnostics review on the Navi that work needs to be done from as early as January '11 and it appears this was not addressed. Will need to return to Acura. TL Vehicle overall - Honda has done another great job, I'm impressed, Again. More

The salesman, Jesse Stone, was the one to help us out and take a test drive. Jesse was friendly and professional and best of all not the pushy type! The sales manager, Ben Quail, was very professional and made everything go smoothly. We give a high rating for this salesperson and dealership because we felt completely relaxed at all times and never pressured. They were willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle and we agreed on a price that made all parties happy. Michael Meewes in financing was very patient and professional and made us feel comfortable. The entire process was completed very quickly compared to all other dealers I have purchased from in the past. More
