To bad I was lied to so I would come back into the store. Just be upfront with warranty and cost! I was told when I got back how I got over on them and won. When we went back to finance it turned out we were Just be upfront with warranty and cost! I was told when I got back how I got over on them and won. When we went back to finance it turned out we were paying exact asking price for the vehicle. And they were also removing the Acura certified warranty. More

Dissappointing interaction with Paul the "sales manager". Aaron was my first contact and he did fantastic...but then Paul ensure there was no reason to move forward. Advertised online price was missing so Aaron was my first contact and he did fantastic...but then Paul ensure there was no reason to move forward. Advertised online price was missing some hidden fees which he kept comparing to "resort fees" and showed no interest in establishing rapport to sell a car. His "take it or leave it" attitude was very annoying. The best thing he said was "feel free to shop around", which we did and found a great option at Acura of Tempe with less miles, better price - and the service we received was out of this world! Save the hassle and go straight to Acura of Tempe! More
