I can to acura with possible intensions of buying a new car. I dealt with Trevin Heard, who made me very comfortable and did not pressure me into something that I did not want to do. The only thing that was negative about this experience, was the first financial proposal came back with an offer of 5.9% interest. The website had advertised for 0.9%. We have been dealing with Acura of Peoria on a refund for a canceled warranty for over three months now. They have lost our paperwork, not returned our phone calls, and not followed up on the situation at al a canceled warranty for over three months now. They have lost our paperwork, not returned our phone calls, and not followed up on the situation at all. We've watched the managers talk down to their employees in front of customers, and their service to us has been awful. They have been condescending to us, they've lacked any empathy for the time we've wasted or our frustration in this, and have yet to apologize for any of their errors. It looks like they've received many good ratings from others, so I'm not sure what the disconnect has been with this situation but it has been terrible. I would never buy from them again after this. The salesman Danny went above and beyond to meet my needs without showing any frustration on his behalf and got me into a car that I am very satisfied with. He was not pushy when it came time to sign the con without showing any frustration on his behalf and got me into a car that I am very satisfied with. He was not pushy when it came time to sign the contract and he asked what I can afford to put down as opposed to what I new to put down, the paperwork process went by fairly quick and I was on my way. I was very satisfied with the respect and knowledge from the entire staff. I would recommend Acura of Peoria to anyone. More

We came in because our lease was ending. Doug Randall helped us decide to get into a new lease.It was hassle free and we drove out of there that night in a new car. I had specific variables to meet before coming in and (of course) they promised to meet those guidelines prior to taking the 40+ mile roundtrip visit. Not so. They tried with all their might to sell us a trashed Civic. No go. Than with all their might to sell me a beautiful Accord, but it is a manual and I don't drive manuals. Than a PT Cruiser, nope... same gas mileage as my truck (why go through the hassle for same gas mileage). There were other cars that were priced lower than those were, but alas, they weren't available or offered to us for whatever reason (think VW Jetta). We were very clear about our specifics about the transaction. We thought we hit a deal when test drove a car we loved, but guess what--it didn't meet those guidelines. So you know what we did? We walked out. We walked out very upset that 2.5 hours of our time was wasted. And I kept looking in the "secure document room" where they were laughing and having a good time... while they wasted mine. I am glad I didn't purchase here because while we were waiting at the light to leave, the salesperson took one of the cars back to one of their sister stores across the street. He turned left when the light was still red. I felt this was both unprofessional and unsafe (couldn't have hurt anyone). Won't be back... for anything. More
