This is our first car from there but, they were amazing. We even had a General manager coming out from a meeting to thank us for driving to peoria from scottsdale and buying a car from them. This dealership was absolutely wonderful to work with. I truly felt that they cared about finding the right car for me and my growing family. Since we already have a daughter and just had a newborn baby boy truly felt that they cared about finding the right car for me and my growing family. Since we already have a daughter and just had a newborn baby boy we needed a car with more space and added safety features while staying within a reasonable price range. They went out of their way to search the valley to find the perfect and affordable option for us. I never once felt that thy were too pushy or just out for a sale. All the managers and employees who were working with us were very polite and helpful. They always explained things in a way that was easy for us to understand. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! Thanks Acura of Peoria for a great car shopping/buying experience. We will continue to use you guys on any further car shopping or buying excursions in our future. More
I purchased a certified pre owned Acura TL from Acura of Peoria in September of 2011. My desire for a manual transmission forced me to expand my search far beyond my local dealerships. It also forced me t Peoria in September of 2011. My desire for a manual transmission forced me to expand my search far beyond my local dealerships. It also forced me to purchase a vehicle sight unseen as my top choice was over 2,000 miles away. Since I was looking at a CPO I was not worried due to the extensive inspection it must pass. Unfortunately Acura of Peoria’s inspection process is not up to par. I received the vehicle only to find a major defect in the paint job. There was microcracking in the base coat covering nearly 2/3 of the vehicle…essentially all of the metal surfaces. I noticed this the first night I had the vehicle, during the first detail. Of course nothing in regards to this was mentioned to me during the sales process. Fortunately I have a reputable local dealer that fixed the issue for me under warranty. However, this resulted in being without the car for over a month and it required a full repaint. I can only imagine what this has done to the value of the vehicle. In addition to this problem, I found the finance department to be extremely difficult to deal with. I very rarely received return phone calls, even after leaving several messages and escalating to management. They apparently have never sold a car to a consumer from out of state either, as my local credit union found it impossible to deal with them. After several weeks I ended up having to finance through the dealership in order to get the deal to go through. After this headache, it then took nearly a month to receive my final paperwork and upon receipt I determined most of what I needed was omitted. This was time sensitive as my insurance needed this information in a timely manner. I strongly advise you to stay far away from Acura of Peoria. This was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever endured. More
Very unprofessional used car sales organization. They are agressive, and dishonest. They will not honor the price they quote. They change the pricing with an array of reasons. Examples: "that salespers are agressive, and dishonest. They will not honor the price they quote. They change the pricing with an array of reasons. Examples: "that salesperson is not here right now", " we cannot find any paper work" etc. etc. They then offer to sell the car at a completely different cost. This is the most unprofessional dealership I have every dealt with, and will never deal with them again. It is shameful excuse for an Acura dealership. If you have similar experiences, report them to Acura, in Torrance,CA., customer relations, ATTN:Fred. More
I was buying my Acura Rl off lease. Doug was very helpful and informative. There was a couple times he didn't know the answer to my question and instead of making up an answer , he went out and foun helpful and informative. There was a couple times he didn't know the answer to my question and instead of making up an answer , he went out and found the answer out. I left the dealership feeling as though things progressed exactly as I had expected that they would when I had originally set up the lease. I felt that I was treated very fairly and was very pleased with my purchase and my experience with Acura of Peoria and especially with Doug Randall. Kevin More
