I recently received a delivery for an order placed online. The item, a wheel, had cosmetic damage that was not apparent until after unpacking. I believe it was Eric who I spoke with, without any hesitation he arranged to have a replacement wheel shipped expedited delivery to replace the damaged item prior to their receiving the original back. I just leased a new 2012 Acura TL from Acura of Peoria and I love the car! I always make my husband deal with car negotiations because it is typically a pain. This time my husband was busy and talked me into going into the dealership and giving it a "go" since I was ready to because it is typically a pain. This time my husband was busy and talked me into going into the dealership and giving it a "go" since I was ready to purchase if we could make the numbers work. We had a fairly aggressive bottom line that we needed to meet, but both Fred Peralta, my salesperson and Patrick, the sales manager treated me with absolute respect and I truly believed that they were working very hard to put the transaction together for me. We DID come to an agreement and the following process was both painless and again courteous and respectful. Fred did an awesome job of thoroghly going over all the details of the vehicle and patiently explaining all the technology. He was knowledgeable, kind and genuinely cared about being sure that I was happy with the delivery. Seriously, from walking in the door, negotiations, finance and delivery this was by far the best vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. The sales team at Accura of Peoria was not truthful. I was told by Jorge Gomez my car was making some kind of noise and something was going to happen soon. I was also question by Jorge with the CarFax for my trade in that Accura of Peroria would never sale the car on there lot and the liability was to much, because of the past condition of the car. The car was in to bad of shape from the CarFax; the car is for sale on your lot as of today! Mike Gallagher was to new and know's nothing about selling cars (still in training mode). I trusted Jorge Gomez! Jorge was not totally honest with my wife and I selling the car we purchased from Accura of Peoria. When I think back on our sales exspearience with Accura of Peoria it was all a fraud with trading my 1998 Corvette in to upgrading to a 2000 Corvette. The sales staff was not honest and took advantage of my lack of knowledge of buying and selling used car...very disappointed with Accura of Peoria. I have purchased a 2 year warranty with our car. I'm not sure I can trust Accura of doing the right thing moving forward. I take responsibility for making the deal, but hold Accura of Peoria responsible for being honest and truthful!
