I went to Acura of Peoria to test drive the 2012 TSX. My sales person, Caleb Watkins, was exceptionally knowledgeable and very courteous. I visited the dealership this Saturday and met with Allyssa. Allyssa was fantastic! Upon arrival, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff made me feel right at home. Caleb took time with me to discuss exactly what I was looking for, what Acura had available now versus what I was used to (I was trading in an older Acura), what I would like to drive and what would fit in my budget. After debating a couple of options, we went for a test drive and I was sold. The lack of "salesy" talk and high-pressure antics was refreshing. I left the dealership not only excited about my new ride, but also with a sense of being welcomed as a new member of the Acura of Peoria family. More

My wife and I recently had our second child. After about a month of jamming two child seats in the back of a Honda we decided to go shopping for a SUV that would better fit our family. Recently, my husband and I were shopping for a car. We went to Acura of Peoria to look for a reliable used car. We were met by Ken Zdrok, who introduced himself, offered us a seat and gave us a bottle of cold water to drink. He then proceeded to talk to us and learn what we were looking for in a used vehicle. Next, Ken made some vehicle suggestions and brought them up for us to look at and test drive. It was 115° outside and Ken maintained his professional attitude as he braved the heat while bringing many cars up to the showroom. This enabled us to stay in the air conditioned showroom while Ken brought the cars to us. We were at the dealership for several hours before deciding which car to purchase. Ken ordered dinner to be delivered to the dealership as we continued to fill out the paperwork. We feel Ken represented Acura of Peoria in the best way possible and we will definitely return for all of our vehicle needs. More
I purchased a vehicle, and I explicitly requested my personalized plates transferred. The sales person and Mike, the finance manager said I would receive them, and to wait. I received generic plates. I then went to an authorized MVD dealer this past week, which let me know that I should contact the dealership, as they should remedy this issue. I called and spoke with Shelly, who works on registration. She was not helpful at all, and made it seems as though it was my fault for not receiving my personalized plates. They lack customer service! More
