Glenn went out of his way to pull multiple vehicles for us to look at. We finally found one to our liking. Glenn went all the way to Scottsdale to pick the vehicle and so we could look at it. The whole process was very easy and everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Needless to say we will do all our future business with Glenn / Acura of Peoria. Recently, my husband and I were shopping for a car. We went to Acura of Peoria to look for a reliable used car. We were met by Ken Zdrok, who introduced himself, offered us a seat and gave us a bottle of cold water to drink. He then proceeded to talk to us and learn what we were looking for in a used vehicle. Next, Ken made some vehicle suggestions and brought them up for us to look at and test drive. It was 115° outside and Ken maintained his professional attitude as he braved the heat while bringing many cars up to the showroom. This enabled us to stay in the air conditioned showroom while Ken brought the cars to us. We were at the dealership for several hours before deciding which car to purchase. Ken ordered dinner to be delivered to the dealership as we continued to fill out the paperwork. We feel Ken represented Acura of Peoria in the best way possible and we will definitely return for all of our vehicle needs. More
I purchased a vehicle, and I explicitly requested my personalized plates transferred. The sales person and Mike, the finance manager said I would receive them, and to wait. I received generic plates. I then went to an authorized MVD dealer this past week, which let me know that I should contact the dealership, as they should remedy this issue. I called and spoke with Shelly, who works on registration. She was not helpful at all, and made it seems as though it was my fault for not receiving my personalized plates. They lack customer service! More

I recently purchased a truck at Peoria Acura. Charles Myers was our sales representative. Charles is the most knowledgeable and personable sales agent I have ever met. Over the course of the last 15 year Myers was our sales representative. Charles is the most knowledgeable and personable sales agent I have ever met. Over the course of the last 15 years I have purchased more than 7 vehicles from multiple dealerships, and until now they have been mediocre buying experiences at best. Charles knew every spec on every vehicle that I wanted to look at. He also listened to my requests in order to better service my needs. He truly is a breath of fresh air and I look forward to the day I purchase another vehicle. I can say with absolute certainty Charles Myers is the man i will see when that time comes. Eileen knocked it out of the park for us, We were greeted on one of the hottest days yet with a pleasant cheerful "Good Afternoon" and it only got better from there. Eileen went on several test rides with us, answering every and all questions with HONEST direct answers and allowed us to feel at home without the normal pressure you would feel at other dealerships. We had visited over 4 other dealerships that day and actually got up and left on one of them due to being treated like a number. At Acura we felt as we were the priority, our needs were the only needs to be filled. Eileen and her sales team went out of their ways to take care of us.... at the end of the day we are VERY happy with our purchase and how we got to our numbers, Thank you Acura for having such amazing staff and Eileen on board..
