We purchased our first Acura RL from this dealership two weeks ago and the car was a lease turn in. In the purchase of our Acura TSX, Fred was very helpful. He gave excellent service, explained everything clearly and let us know he would be available after the sale if we had further questions. Mike did a good job taking care of me and the work for my MDX. Had a timing belt done and was not charged for any other items. I have 2 Acura's in another State and every time I did this service they told me MDX. Had a timing belt done and was not charged for any other items. From the begining, Glenn Dobson helped us to get the kind of car for our family that we were looking for. We needed something to fit our family of 5 comfortably with room for 1 or 2 more. We needed a car that was easy to get in and out off due to my back problems,something good in snow for when we visit family, and the list went on. He was amazing!! Then Mike in finance was truely remarkable in helping us out and making sure we understood everything!To end off the wonderful experience, we set an appointment up with Ryan Veretto because the car we had bought had to be detailed and engine checked. He was so helpful and nice. Not just on the phone setting up a time for me to drop off the car but making sure I had a car to run my errands, putting gas in it when it was low, and making sure he made my family feel like WE were his only priority! We live 20 miles or more away from this Acura but my husband and I both agree that we would not hesitate driving all the way back there if we ever needed another car in a couple years! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know and meet! They are WONDERFUL!! More
