Acura of Peoria

My husband and I both own Acuras. We regulary get our TSX serviced at Acura of Peoria and our new MDX was in need of its first service. I called and made an appointment for both cars to be serviced on a Satu serviced at Acura of Peoria and our new MDX was in need of its first service. I called and made an appointment for both cars to be serviced on a Saturday morning. We arrived and Ryan greeted us and knew who we were and what vehicles we owned. He said that they were experiencing unusal volume that day which was apparent by the busy waiting area. We have a toddler and need to bring her with us. We brought various toys and our ipad to keep her entertained but she was ancy. After 15 minutes into our wait, Ryan asked if we would like a loaner vehicle so that we could run errands and keep our very curious daughter entertained. He said they would call us as soon as the vehicles were ready. We went out and took care of a few things and we got a call earlier than expected. BOTH vehicles were coming out of the wash and we could pick them up ASAP! We were thrilled! We were so impressed with the service that we would come back again! As far as we are concerned, Mike King at Acura of Peoria is a five-star employee and person. Not only smart and good at what he does, but he has an always pleasant, can-do attitude that goes a long way in m is a five-star employee and person. I had the opportunity to speak with Vince in your service department and he was great. I am a Nissan Girl and decided to purchase 2008 Acura TSX. I had called around to couple different Acura dealers in the phoenix area for information on my car. The information included parts, service, and oil changes etc. Vince was the 1st person I talked out of all Acura dealers in the Phoenix Metro area that was able to explain everything to me that I asked about my car even more. Plus advised me about an extend warranty that Acura offers. Because of his Service over the phone I will be traveling to the Peoria Acura to have my car service rather then go the other Acura dealer that is 2mins away from me. My usual advisor was not working this day, and Ryan took my request in as soon as I arrived. I had some recall work done and some service performed, and thought I might need a loaner for the extended work. my request in as soon as I arrived. He worked this out for me, but as it turned out the service department was able to get my car finished sooner than I thought. Ryan was able to get my car finished for me a bit sooner so that I could make my dental appointment. Great Service, Great Advisor! More
