We received a call from Doug notifying us of an opportunity to turn in our current 2010 RDX with a pull ahead lease program for a new 2013 RDX. During our visit Doug fully explained the enhancemen opportunity to turn in our current 2010 RDX with a pull ahead lease program for a new 2013 RDX. During our visit Doug fully explained the enhancements of the 2013 RDX and took us on a test drive. He patiently demonstrated the vehicle's features during this experience. He was always courteous and professional. We agreed on a price that was very fair allowing us the opportunity to use the pull ahead program. Dealing with Fred Peralta was a good experience. He knew the product (RDX) well, took time with us and allowed a sufficient test drive.
