Mike King was an excellent service rep in my initial phone call, and the service department was awaiting my arrival on the appointed day and time. I found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable on the vehi phone call, and the service department was awaiting my arrival on the appointed day and time. I found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and on the relative importance of repairing the various items that were discovered by the technician (J. Olinger) during a once-over of the car. I particulary appreciated Mike's candor since the list of repair items was somewhat pricey, and lengthy (I had been over 250 miles from access to an Acura dealership for several years, and had been getting shallow look-overs from a Subaru dealership in the interim.) With Mike's guidance, the service department took care of the most pressing items in this initial service call. I will return in a few weeks to deal with what remains on the list. All in all, this was a very positive experience. As an individual emotionally attached to his vehicle, it is comforting to once again have easy access to the Acura service orbit, and to a dealership that appears to have its act very much together on the service side. The car was ready to be picked up at the appointed time, the promised repairs were completed at the prices quoted, and I drove away as a happy client. More

We have always been treated with great respect and our concerns listened to and acted on quickly. Mike King has been our service advisor for every occasion, and after each visit, he takes the time to discuss all that was done to the car and what items we should take care of in the near future. In addition to taking care of standard service issues, Mike helped us set up the wonderful Hands Free Link which is a terrific safety feature. This is our first Acura and We really enjoy driving and riding in it. Even though our model is a few years old, it still is a great looking car and we will always go to this dealership for its care and maintenance. More
