Bad experience gone good. I came to Acura of Peoria for my first car buying experience; the start of our relationship was a little rough because of some mis-communication and p I came to Acura of Peoria for my first car buying experience; the start of our relationship was a little rough because of some mis-communication and problems I experienced. I did voice my feelings and reached out to management at Acura of Peoria for assistance. I dealt with Lexi Cremieux & Brijen Dave; they listened to my complaint and asked me to bring my car in so they could do a thorough inspection in the hopes of finding a permanent resolution. I dropped my car off at the location and they provided me with a brand new loaner car so it would not inconvenience me in any way. After discovering the root cause of the issue, they explained what was needed and offered to correct it an no cost to me because their goal is to have happy, satisfied customers. I understand that one person does not define a company, so I gave them a chance to restore my faith in Acura of Peoria; they achieved that by listening to my frustrations and taking action. I sincerely appreciate the attention they gave this matter, Lexi was friendly and pleasant to work with and Brijen (GM) took the time to personally call me so he could hear what I had to say.
