He was honest and courteous and I'm very happy with the used vehicle I purchased. They offer some great hospitality and the staff is friendly at every encounter. I should also point out that the service staff is most skilled and polite. Salesman: Fred Peralta My wife and I were understandably apprehensive about shopping for a new car, but after visiting four other dealers in the Sun City area (Toyota, Lexus My wife and I were understandably apprehensive about shopping for a new car, but after visiting four other dealers in the Sun City area (Toyota, Lexus, Honda & Ford), this series of encounters with Acura of Peoria was by far our best experience. Fred was extremely knowledgable and best of all, not pushy. His boss, Paul Brown, was also very cooperative and pleasant to work with. This dealership knows how to work with the public and knows how to deal with a customer's apprehensions. I would definitely recommend Fred and this dealership to experienced car buyers. The follow-on catered diner session allowed ample opportunity to ask questions, and the multitude of prizes given out was a real bonus. After the purchase, had a very negative phone call from Peoria of North Scottsdale; the salesman who called me attempted to punish me for not giving them my business - definitely not a good representative for Acura and a dealership to avoid.
