Don’t go to this dealership if you are looking for honesty and integrity. They will tell you they will sell you a car for a certain price out the door just to get you in. And then inflate their price honesty and integrity. They will tell you they will sell you a car for a certain price out the door just to get you in. And then inflate their price $4,000 or $5000 above what they promised you. And then they will still hound you AFTER they sold the car you were looking at! More

Avoid this place! Thought I was dealing with a 5 star authorized Acura dealer but they are misleading and deceptive by inflating their internet list price by 23%. They will say it's tax and license but I authorized Acura dealer but they are misleading and deceptive by inflating their internet list price by 23%. They will say it's tax and license but I know the tax will only account for 8.1%... Glad I didnt drive 50 mins to learn I will be paying $5000 more than the internet list price. Why dealing with an authorize dealer when they are playing the same game as small run down used car dealers... More

Have been to this dealer 3 or 4 times for service. Everything I go there it seems like the customer is not that important. Today January 8th 2022 I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Everything I go there it seems like the customer is not that important. Today January 8th 2022 I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. They tried to charge me for the rotation when it was not done. Also zaktek paint service was supposed to have been done and if it was done then the car was streaks would not be there on my paint. Supposedly that service is applied by a buffer?? This will be the last trip I take to this dealer. More
