Unfortunately, the chance to make it right was when we stated we did not want to give our keys and that we just wanted to look at the vehicle (1st chance to make it right)...instead you doubled down by "talking to the manager" and still refusing to show us a vehicle without us relinquishing our keys. Then you allowed us to walk out the door (2nd chance to make it right). You had our license and info, that should have been more than enough to allow us to look at a vehicle. I will tell everybody I know to avoid your dealership. We purchased a brand new vehicle the next day from a dealership that understands customer service.
