We stopped in yesterday, Jan 11th, to take a look at the SUV. The sales girl immediately took down all our info and we were very clear we just wanted to look at one first to see if we liked it. She then asked for our car keys, we said no we aren't comfortable with that. We just want to look at the Acura, so she was looked irritated and said she had to talk to manager. Came back like 60 seconds later and said, "we need your keys if you want to look at the car". My husband and I looked at each kinda shocked, we have been looking at vehicles for the past month and never has ANYONE refused to show us a vehicle without us giving us our keys (she already had my husband's license info). We looked at each other and said let's go...the sales girl said "ok". Let us walk out the door. It was the most disapointing and bizarre experience we have ever had shopping for a vehicle. Everything happened so quickly we don't remember the girls name, but she had dark hair in a ponytail. Never tried to have small talk, never asked any personal questions...literally had us sit down and she pulled out a white paper and started taking down all our info and wanted our keys. More
