My experience at the dealership was positive. I went in for a routine oil change and the service staff, including the technicians were polite, informative and efficient. Excellent experience with Acura of Orange Park service department. The dealership called me and informed me of a recall on my vehicle. Went to Acura of Orange Park to see if they would fix my door handle cover that fell off. I was told by Wes and John that the part cost $22 and that they would put it on for no charge. After Wes looked at door handle cover that fell off. I was told by Wes and John that the part cost $22 and that they would put it on for no charge. After Wes looked at the car and we discussed the repair further he went ahead and had the Dealer cover the cost of the part and installed it with no issues. Business dealings this professional and courteous are hard to come by in this day and age. Wes and John took care of me and made me feel like a good customer, not just another service number as most dealerships do. I highly recommend Acura of Orange Park for any and all future dealings.
