I was extremely impressed with the staff and ease of purchasing from this dealership. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and relied heavily on the incredible internet sales manager, Carley Shea. Holloway in the finance department got me an awesome rate and did all paperwork over the internet. It was very smooth. I live over eight hours away from the dealership. The general sales manager, James Pool and salesman, Bachir Atallah opened the dealership early on Sunday so that I could take delivery and make my trip back home. I even received a call from Bachir on Monday to make sure I arrived home safely. Now that is service! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great deal and service!! More

They don’t want to sell cars, they want to sell extended warranties. I was told “Mr. Hanania won’t let us sell a car without a warranty.” We were cash customers and walked away. They called back the next da warranties. I was told “Mr. Hanania won’t let us sell a car without a warranty.” We were cash customers and walked away. THE Worst purchase experience i ever encountered in my life. i 've purchased 3 Lexus prior- all are positive experiences, but this time around I figured I would give Acura a try considering it is a luxury life. i 've purchased 3 Lexus prior- all are positive experiences, but this time around I figured I would give Acura a try considering it is a luxury option - “I found out the hard way.” The customer service is night and day when comparing the two brands. The acura transaction is a complete mess from start to finish. It has been more than a month and the previous car has not paid off yet. The only positive experience is service- Matt and Ian are very professional in handling my concerns. I would not recommend this dealer. More
