I only return because the actual service is okay, but the most annoying thing that has happened multiple times to me is that when I pull up for service I have to watch the agents decide if I am "worthy" for most annoying thing that has happened multiple times to me is that when I pull up for service I have to watch the agents decide if I am "worthy" for one of them to come out and greet you. They are horrible at this. And then after you linger, someone finally shows up. It's most frustrating also to be sitting in the waiting room and see them rush to get out to the cars of others. I just wish they had a non-discriminant policy on how they start your service. Sigh More

Eugene was a great salesman. He was not pushy or overbearing. He made sure we were happy with the vehicle we purchased. James (use car manager) was there to finalize the deal of the vehicle. We went back and forth on the negotiations, but James did a great job of making the numbers agreeable to both parties. Woody (Finance) was fantastic. He explained all the paper work in detail. He answered all my questions. He made sure to give me a great deal on the extended warranty and maintenance package. He will definitely be the Finance person I will use next time. Wes (service Manager) and Kahlil (service personal) are great. Overall the service department is wonderful, very helpful, and always took care of my care needs. Wes and Kahlil always made sure my care was in great condition and always worked around my schedule. They always took great care of me as a customer. Overall the experience at Acura of Orange Park was terrific thanks to the people that I dealt with. I believe that Jack Hanania finally got it right with his staff; they are great people that truly care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them. More

Have you ever had a dealer call you back and tell you that 'the bank didn't take the deal' and then they want to hit you up with a worse deal? I had the exact oppisite happen. They called me back and said that they got my rate lowered and my monthly payment lowered --- BY 50 BUCKS!!! Which to me is a very big deal. And the rate was lowered by 7 points. Excellent work. Excellent staff. Excellent experiance. I would gladly recommend this dealer and would gladly buy from them again. To GiGi and Woody. Great job. More

I needed something with better gas milage to save myself some money every month. Gino took us in and was positive he was going to help us right from the start. He got us out of our up-side-down gas hog and got us into a newer used Acura TSX. It has been a great car with awsome gas mileage and it will hold its value a lot longer! They also helped us switch car insurance and we ended up with a lower payment there as well. Thanks Acura of OP and thank you Gino!!! More

We choose to buy the Acura TL from Orange Park mainly because of the attentive, patient and professional manner of Gigi Sellers in guiding us through the early process. And, of course, she worked out the competitive price. I'm sure we were not the easiest customers to deal with given our indecisiveness and frequent request for details, but she was remarkably considerate, personable and prompt in assuaging our concerns. We handled all the pre-delivery paperwork by fax and e-mail, and she actually delivered the car to us in Tallahassee and spent two hours preping us with all the TL's tech package features. I purchased a 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD Sept 13, 10 Got it 10/5/10 after many phone calls. STILL NO TAG & THEY WON'T RETURN MY CALL. BEWARE The finally returned my call and promised to over night my papers so I can get my tag Monday, Nov. 1, car is just sitting in garage, NO TAG. They have my money, I have the car BUT CAN'T GET MY TAG BECAUSE THEY WON'T SEND ME THE PAPERWORK....DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE. May have been different at the dealership, they would have to look me in the face. More

I am the original owner of a 1999 acura tl with almost 300,000 miles on it. I drive approximately 85 miles a day to and from work so I visit Acura of Orange Park about every other month to have my car ser 300,000 miles on it. I drive approximately 85 miles a day to and from work so I visit Acura of Orange Park about every other month to have my car serviced. The guys in the service department are always friendly and knowledgeable about what my car needs. They are honost about what my car needs done to it and keep me abreast of upcoming items. They check in with me when they find anything I was not expecting to be needed for that service trip and have always been able to advise if a fix can wait or not (given the economy); and, how long the fix can wait, if it can, before getting more costly. Recently, I bought the tenth or so set of tires for my car, they were less than a month old and I ended up getting a really bad cut/slice in the rear driver side tire. It was a Saturday morning, always busy for them, and I was able to bring the car to them, have the tire replaced and a loaner car while she (the car) was worked on that afternoon. I have had my transimission replaced (I love the sports shift but the feeling is not mutual), my heads replaced from a blown head gasket around 250,000 miles and they have always been very fair with me for these costly service items. My first transmission was replaced around 80,000 miles (under warranty due to an extension Acura made for certain models), that one didn't last near as long and I had some problems within 36,000 miles, so I got another one at no cost. That one lasted longer than the others put together, but I wore it out as well. The one in my car now, AOP split the cost with me knowing my dedicated service history, the issue with the older transmissions and since the corporate office would not assist me. As a woman, I have never felt taken advantage of by them. This is only the second new car I have ever purchased and given my experience with Acura of Orange Park, compared to the other larger, local dealer here in Jax I purchased from before, I will return to AOP to buy my third new car. I went to Acura of Orange Park just to test drive a Acura MDX because I was thinking of buying one at another acura dealership, but first wanted to drive one before I made the drive. I went on Fri. night and was greeted by JR and Gino. I promised I would come back on Sat., and I held up on my promise. So, Sat. @ noon I was at the dealership, I test drove an '07 and didn't like it. I then test drove an '08 and loved it. Well, that is all these two needed was for me to say I liked the car. They tried to make deal after deal with me...I wasn't agreeing to anything because I could get the car cheaper through a family member at another dealership! They finally said they would come down on the price to what I wanted and would install DVD headrest. That made it close to irresistible...so after a long talk with my husband, we decided we would buy it. This is where the customer service when down hill! I waited and waited for Tim (finance) to take me to his office to sign paperwork, that I later found out wasn't even approved for the amount they were trying to get. He told me he would call me Mon. "about lunch time", this is the famous line at this place. I ended up calling him at 6pm, no new info. I really didn't know what was going on, I couldn't put my tag on the car, but I had bought it and drove off with it. I looked at my paper work and realized they charged me $1000 over the listed (online) price, WHAT?!?! That was also the price they said they were bringing down even more cause I could get it cheaper! So, I called Mark Lacovara...He was NOT helpful at all and pretty much told me that I was wrong and I was going to keep the car because he will not sacrifice his salesmens families for a returned car...and I was still in my 3 days! Well, I then was in touch with the GM Dan Like, very nice and helpful!! Took the price down with DVD headrest installed, got my deal through and when he said he was going to call back...HE DID! I can see why he is in the position he is. Then, on to the service department...I had a HUGE scratch in my car that they agreed to fix and then the DVD install. And all though it took awhile, it was totally worth the wait because you would never know it was ever scratched! Michael in the service dept kept me informed and in a loaner car that fit my needs for the whole week and half and was willing to make me happy no matter what it took. And Wes, the service manager, was AWESOME. He also took very good care of me! Made sure I was satisfied and left no questions unanswered...and HONEST!! That is all I wanted from this dealership and I didn't get that until Wes and Dan took over! If I could rate Dan and the service department seperately I would give them 5's all the way!!!! Hope this helps someone to not get pushed around by the salesmen or finance, cause they will if they think they can!! More
