I was satisfied with the customer service although I was disappointed to learn that an owners manual for my Acura TL 2004 would cost $167.00 to order. I think that is insane. My experience at the dealership was positive. I went in for a routine oil change and the service staff, including the technicians were polite, informative and efficient. Excellent experience with Acura of Orange Park service department. The dealership called me and informed me of a recall on my vehicle. Not only did they correct the recall problem but gave me a complime department. The dealership called me and informed me of a recall on my vehicle. Thank you to everyone at Acura of Orange Park for your patience and willingness to answer my many questions about my brand new 2013 Acura TL. After about four hours of shopping and asking a million questi patience and willingness to answer my many questions about my brand new 2013 Acura TL. After about four hours of shopping and asking a million questions I returned the next morning fully ready and excited to buy my new car. I had my 4 y/o daughter with me and expected a bit of hastle trying to watch her and finish the paper work on the car. However, once again the staff was amazing with me and patient with my little one throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Gigi for going out of her way for me and my daughter. After signing the paper work for the car I felt like my service only improved. Before leaving the car lot a sales person made sure that my car was detailed and the gas tank topped off.
