We have had our car in for service a couple of times and the entire dealership was very professional. Everyone was extremely personal and friendly and made the purchase, from start to finish, a pleasant experience. Yazan was extremely knowledgeable about the options and answered every question we had. He was not pushy and did not pressure us at any time during the process which I really appreciated. My wife and I looked at over 20 vehicles before deciding on the MDX and besides the quality of the vehicle, the customer service was the deciding factor. We worked with Gigi Sellers as the New Car Sales Manger and she was fair with the price, gave us top dollar for our trade in (a 2002 Ford Explorer) and worked to ensure our experience was pleasant. The model and trim I wanted was rare to find but Gigi and Yazan worked very hard to find the car for me. They also pleased me by giving the best possible deal on this car. I am really impressed with the respect we got from them. The purchase, finance and service department are all so friendly to work with. During the the purchase process, Gigi and Yazan would stay even after their work hours to answer questions and made the entire purchase process very pleasant and stress free. Once I got the car Yazan was very helpful to get me familiarized with the new car. I am also very pleased with Kelsey and Yazan who worked quickly to get the accessories I requested ordered and installed. Our salesperson, Zach Lopez, worked very hard on our behalf to meet the price that we were willing to pay. He was patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. The car we purchased was difficult to find but the general sales manager, Gigi Sellers, worked tirelessly to find the exact model we wanted. When we picked up the car, it was beautifully detailed and members of the staff-Zach Lopez, Aaron Watkins, and Gigi Sellers all showed us all the new technology and made sure that we both understood exactly how it all worked. Normally when we purchase a car, it is very stressful and negotiations are intense. But this experience was quite different. It was actually very pleasant.
