Absolutely horrible experience. Jean was our salesman. He is THE LEASE PERSONABLE PERSON IVE EVER MET. Worked with Thadius also spoke with John. They provided an offer on a 2020 ILX. I received a much better offer from a second dealer. Thadius asked that I share the offer. I did. Recently, my husband and I came to your company on a Sunday. It was an hour before closing. We got out of our car and began looking into SUV's. This place sucks. Stay away. I’ve been dealing with wrong tires put on my car and them telling me that the right tires are on there. I spent over 1200$ and the tires were the wrong ones. Confirmed by another Acura dealership, which could get the tires fixed that same day since they were in stock at their place. Best part is when the service manager at Acura of orange park Jeff Hart kept saying the correct tires are on the car! So I show him what they other dealership said. He asked who it was like I did not know what I was talking about. So I tell him Duval Acura his reply is oh wait one second, he goes in the back comes back up and says I can get your tires in 3days. Remember this all started June 29th so on July 6th still nothing. So I call them and they say it will be 3 days. I let him know I will need a rental this time and it’s set to be dropped off Thursday at 4 so they can do it Friday. I have an emergency and ask if I could drop it off around 1 he said yes. I drop it off and behold the car is finished by 5:45. So 4plus hours when you be previous time it took over 7hrs to put four wrong tires on. I go back to get my car and drive it and seems to be driving way worse. I let him know it needs to be fixed and be driving smooth like it was when I first came in. His reply I’m not changing those tires out again, mind you this was their problem from the beginning. Than Jeff Hart goes to say even more if you keep the loaner it will be 60$ a day afterwards. I said I’m sorry that’s not how business is done. You take care of your customer and do it the correct way, his reply I put the tires on you wanted “the ones he never knew went on the car in the first place yet he’s the service manager” crazy rude and does not know anything. Stay away from here. My car drives worst than before and I still feel like they should not threaten to charge me 60$ a day while they fixed their issue they created. Long story short it’s July 15th and my tires do not ride smooth and 1200$ plus later the car is not smooth riding and I let him know that. He said it has 260k miles that’s how it rides. It’s only had 2 owners car was bought at Acura of orange park and it’s only been serviced at Acura dealerships. I let him know that’s now true the mileage does not have anything to do with how it rides when it’s been taken care of, only at Acura dealerships. “Jeff Hart continues being rude and says he doesn’t care he’s not changing the tires again. Which to me is weird since you get a 1 year warranty on them if anything’s wrong. Yet they are not willing to fix it. STAY AWAY!!!!! Run to a different Acura dealership. More

Deceptive sales practice’s I Came into see a 2018 Acura MDX tech package priced at $35k. I was told “keys were lost” even though vehicle was parked outside front door. Lie #1 Vehicle was parked out front and not in a parking spot. Vitally Chernyshov asked if I would be interested in a 2020 version of the “same thing for the same price.” Lie #2 Instead he showed me a base model not telling me that this was different or had less options than the one I came to see. He lied about the cost of the Tech package to my wife, he told her it was $10k upgrade rather than the $4.5k upgrade according to the sticker. Lie #3 When asked directly about financing rate multiple times, he refused to tell me. And also refused to get me an answer from those could answer the question. Later I was told by the finance person, he knew, everyone who works at dealerships knows that more reabates leads to higher finance rates. In other words all of the rebates would be made up for financing through the full term. DECEPTIVE I sent Vitally an email outlining my issues 8 days ago with no response. I spoke with him two days ago to which he said his manager would be the one to make decision about request to have them honor their agreement or take the car back. He also never disputed the fact that he said he would honor the price of the 2018 for the exact same 2020. He knows what he did. I have since spoke with the sales manager William Locklear whom refuses to talk about the bait & switch tactics used on me. He did not seem to care and suggested they did not happen even thought the sales rep has never denied it. More

I have had about every problem you can imagine with the incompetent staff that works at Acura of Orange Park. To make this review shorter, I thought a bullet list might be best: - I financed my car with Acura of Orange Park, they put a completely different lien holder on my title which caused a huge mess. It has now been 4 months since purchase and my bank has still NOT received my title. -It took over 30 days for them to transfer the title into my name (against state law) -It took over 30 days for them to pay off my trade in -I had to drive around with an expired dealer tag for over a week because one of the incompetent employees sent me a tag with the same exact (expired) date as my original dealer tag. -I had to drive around with an expired registration for several weeks -I was lied to about what the warranty with my certified Acura included -Staff will not answer their phones or emails I currently have a BBB complaint open with this company because of their negligence. Please do your self a favor and buy from ANY other dealership. This is a fraudulent company that does not care at all about their customers or the hardships they create. More
