Telling me to “just bring the car back” within 72 hours as if that’s a simple task is incredibly dismissive and unhelpful—especially when that policy was never mentioned during the sale or in any of our conversations afterward. Yes, the car is 12 years old and sold AS IS—but I trusted your dealership's word and inspection process, and I expected more integrity. I noticed the tapping sound within hours of buying the car and took the responsible step of contacting you right away. The issue was diagnosed the very next day and the repair estimate came in at $1,100. I didn’t demand money upfront—I gave your team the chance to make it right. Instead, you called the shop, confirmed the issue, and still chose to do nothing. This isn’t just about a repair bill—it’s about how a dealership stands behind their sales. You were more than happy to take full price for the car, but the second something went wrong, that professionalism vanished. I’m posting this so other buyers, especially those who don’t live nearby, understand what they’re walking into. But the rest of them seem to be the typical weird high pressure sales people you think of. It's a dealership that focuses on new vehicles while acting like a used car sales lot. Took them almost the entire 30 days to pay off my vehicle. No communication the entire time, had to make another payment on the trade in they bought. I'm sure I'll be compensated. I wasn't happy with the price I paid nor the extras I had no interest in that they didn't discuss with me. I drove 250 miles to come see this car and for the most part they twittled their thumbs till the last second when it was getting late and then rushed me through all the paperwork. Happy I got the car just felt dirty. More

I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX from Ron Wesley and Pierre Mazranny on December 21, 2024. I was informed that the two scratches (paint imperfections) on my used car would be repaired as part of the sale agre Mazranny on December 21, 2024. Since December 21st, I have called almost every day to speak to a representative in the service department to schedule the repair work. On Saturday, January 11th I arrived at the dealership at 7am (one hour from my home) and was told that the repair work had not been approved and was not in the system. In fact, the car I had purchased previously was still in the system and there was NO record of my new purchase at all. Since the 11th, I have been calling every day and not once has a representative helped me or even added my new car to the system. One service associate took a picture of the VIN number and yet when I call, all the associates tell me that they don't see a car in the system. I am beyond disappointed as this is the second car I have bought from this dealership that I thought I could trust. I am still in shock that after purchasing a vehicle from this company that they don't even have a record of it. I will not be returning there for any service. I will attempt a location that at least knows what vehicle I am calling about!!!!!!! More
